You can give your customers the option to opt out of the current campaign, or out of all Connect campaigns, by adding a button to the campaign email.
The unsubscribe button will automatically append two unsubscribe links to the bottom of email campaigns. One link allows users to unsubscribe from the specific campaign they received, while the other will unsubscribe them from all Connect campaigns.
To allow unsubscribes
- In the campaign builder, select Allow unsubscribes and apply unsubscribe list.
Checking this box applies the unsubscribe list to this campaign. This means users who have previously unsubscribed from all campaigns will not receive messages from this campaign. Leaving the checkmark unchecked causes messages to send regardless of a user’s unsubscribe status.
