Since Outbound joined Zendesk in May, we've been working to consolidate our systems so that we can provide a unified, consistent experience to customers. We've reached an important milestone:
On August 23 we will be making important upgrades to our system by consolidating the cloud providers we use. This change will enable continued security improvements and better reliability.
We expect up to 15 minutes of downtime at 10am PDT on August 23. During this time, the dashboard to log into your account will be unavailable. Though the affected service window is brief, we want to keep you informed. Please send us a note at firstname.lastname@example.org if you notice any issues in your account after 10:15am PDT. Our team will be standing by.
