    I looked at the outbound demo and it looks great.  But can I use Outbound to query ZD support?

    Said differently, I want to write triggers and campaigns to proactively message existing users in Zendesk Support.  Can this be done?

    In the demo, it doesn't speak to any integration or interface to ZD.

    If I look at the pictures at the top of this page I see "Tags".  Perhaps this is the link to running campaigns from ZD via tags?

    We are actually working on an integration with Zendesk Support data right now to allow you to proactively message your Support users. Once we've got something to share there will be an announcement, stay tuned!
