Occasionally, there is a business need to temporarily pause trigger-based campaigns for updates or seasonal reasons.
- Trigger-based campaign exists on Connect account
- Log into your Zendesk account and select Connect from the product tray.
- In the Connect dashboard, click on Campaigns.
- Click on the trigger-based campaign that needs to temporarily be paused.
- Click on Manage.
- Click on Production.
- Click on the toggle to pause the campaign.
