Is it possible to delete campaigns?
At this time campaigns can only be archived, not deleted. To archive a campaign:
- Log into Zendesk account and select Connect from the product tray.
- In the Connect dashboard, click on Campaigns.
- Navigate to the campaign you want to stop.
- Click the drop down menu to the right of the campaign's name.
- Select Archive.
Note: Trigger-based campaigns have to be paused before they can be archived. Details on how to pause trigger-based campaigns can be found in the Pausing trigger-based campaigns article.
